If you are looking for someone to talk through personal issues or help you deal with stress, EASA provides counselling services to employees of most public sector organisations in the Northern Territory. EASA also offers conflict coaching, which is one-on-one training to help you deal with conflict in the workplace in a practical and productive way.
The NT Government has an arrangement where public sector employees are offered 5 free sessions on a particular issue. Other organisations may have similar arrangements. EASA can by reached on 1800 193 123, or you can visit their website at www.easa.org.au.
